Gift yourself two hours of pure sanctuary. This mini-retreat is a sacred pause designed to honor the incredible resilience of your physical body and the deep wisdom of your mind. Through gentle movement, conscious rest, heartfelt community, and sound, we will shift from “doing” into a state of deep, appreciative “being”.

Relax and Restore with a sound bath experience. Singing bowls, chimes, and gongs create soothing vibrations, calm the mind, and promote balance. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow and let the sound waves wash over you.
